Step 1:

Obtain a Referral from a Primary care physician or another healthcare provider. Ensure that the referral includes the reason for the referral, visit notes, lab reports, and radiology reports.

How to become a New Patient:

Verify that Cary Rheumatology is an in-network provider with your insurance company, it is the patient's responsibility to find out that detail before getting the referral sent over.

Step 4:

Schedule Appointment: After the provider approves the referral, the office will contact you to schedule a new patient appointment.

Step 3:

Review and Approval: we will review the referral and a chart is created for the provider to review.

Step 6:

Payment Options: Cary Rheumatology requires upfront payments for all visits. They accept personal checks, cash, and most major credit cards. Ensure you have a preferred method of payment available.Your insurance may apply out of network fee or may not cover the visit charges. Step 5:

Complete Paperwork: Prior to your appointment, you'll be required to fill out some paperwork online via the patient portal. Additionally, you may need to download and fill out any necessary forms ahead of time.
